Food that is good for fatty liver 1. Tofu

  • Protein plays an important role in maintaining liver function.  Tofu provides high-quality plant-based protein.

Tofu is one of the foods that helps manage fatty liver.  Tofu is low in fat and rich in protein, and is known to be beneficial in helping the regeneration of liver cells and suppressing fat accumulation.  Additionally, a study from the University of Illinois found that soy proteins, such as tofu, may reduce fat accumulation in the liver.
