- Store eggs with the pointed part facing down (egg shells have pores that allow air to pass in and out, but if you point the pointed part down, the egg can breathe and stay fresh longer).
- Store eggs not on the refrigerator door, but inside the refrigerator (the refrigerator door is farthest from the cooler, and when opened, it has the most contact with outdoor air and is at the highest temperature, increasing the possibility of growth of microorganisms such as salmonella).
- Keep the egg steady (if the egg is shaken, the string holding the yolk to the center of the egg becomes loose and the internal structure is damaged, the freshness of the egg decreases)

- Eating food or touching utensils with hands that have touched raw eggs can cause food poisoning (egg shells contain salmonella bacteria that can cause food poisoning).
- Cook at 75℃ or above for more than 1 minute to cook completely (Salmonella bacteria are weak to heat and disappear)

- Hard-boiled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days (BUT recommended to eat within 3 to 4 days)
