Vegan bodybuilder is a term that combines veganism, which means pure vegetarianism, and bodybuilding, a sport that builds muscles.  They get the nutrients they need to grow muscles solely from plant sources.

Example of a vegan bodybuilder's diet

  • The staple food is rice, vegetable side dishes, and carbohydrate foods such as corn and bananas.

How bodybuilders get their protein from a plant-based diet

  • Grind commercially available soy milk with bananas, lentils, hemp seeds, etc. and drink it.
  • Alternative meat is also a food with increased protein content by using wheat protein (food made by combining the proteins of wheat) as an ingredient.  A vegan food made by adding various nutrients.  They eat alternative meat to consume vegetable protein conveniently and deliciously.
